Where are your toys manufactured, and how do you ensure they are high-quality?
Our educational toys are manufactured in established, specialized facilities across China and Malaysia—the exact same manufacturing hubs trusted by the world's leading global toy brands.
Because we care deeply about quality, we proudly import all of our inventory directly from the source. We do not engage in dropshipping or mass-market reselling. By handling the importation ourselves, we maintain total control over the supply chain, ensuring that every batch is handled and delivered under strict quality standards.
As a former early childhood educator, child safety is top priority. Our curated selection complies with international toy safety standards (such as EN71 and ASTM F963), ensuring all materials are 100% child-safe, non-toxic, and built to endure active classroom play and for homes.
Shipping
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
📦 Shipping & Delivery
When will I receive my order?
For Standard delivery, our team hopes to pack and deliver your order within 3 to 5 working days upon order confirmation. If you opt for express delivery, we aim to pack and ship within 1 to 2 days. If there is a delay on our end, we will contact you personally to inform you.
What are your delivery charges?
We offer a flat rate of SGD $5 for island-wide, doorstep delivery in Singapore. Delivery is free for orders above SGD $100.

What payment methods do you accept?
Currently, we only accept local payments such as PayNow. If you require assistance regarding payments, do reach out to us at hello.wondercrates@gmail.com.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Please reach out to us at hello.wondercrates@gmail.com within 24 hours of order confirmation if you need to cancel or change your order.
What is your return policy?

Do you offer product customizations (such as custom stickers, wrappers, etc.) for parties or events?
Yes, we do! We are currently working on fully launching our customization options for our educational toys. In the meantime, we are more than happy to discuss customised requests. Whether you need custom name stickers, special themed wrappers, or tailored packaging for birthdays, classrooms, and special events, we have you covered.

🏫 Bulk Purchases for Schools and Learning Centres
Do you accept bulk orders from schools, preschools, or enrichment centres?
Yes, definitely! As a former early childhood educator, I understand firsthand what teachers, centres, and parents look for when selecting meaningful, developmental learning tools for children.
We welcome bulk orders for classrooms, student workshops, and event gift packs. While we are currently expanding our institutional procurement options, we are more than happy to work closely with your school or centre to fulfill your specific curriculum or event needs. We can provide formal itemized invoices and accept bank transfers or corporate PayNow.
